EXPLANATION OF CONTENT
Brazilian Luta Livre is a combat system based on standing and ground fighting, which is classified as a "Grappling" sport because it does not use the application of strikes. Its effectiveness is so high that it does not need them to defeat an aggressor, even if he is stronger, heavier and bigger.
The Orange Belt Program is the second step in the Brazilian Luta Livre path and perfectly complements the Yellow Belt Program.
It is worth remembering that, as mentioned in the description of the previous program, in these ground fighting combat systems, the base is what is ultimately used the most in a fight, which is why the first techniques are not only the most important, but they are also usually the most used.
The Foundamentals #2 is a program of 46 techniques and 29 videos, to which techniques from other programs are added, all explained down to the smallest details that many experts are unaware of.
Videos containing techniques from other programs have an asterisk (*) next to the technique number.

- 3 exercises.
- 2 similar and complementary takedowns.
